ஸ்டுடியோ அல்லது திரையரங்கில் விழா வைத்தால் அப்துல் கலாம் வருவது சந்தேகம் என்பதால், நேராக அவர் தங்கியிருக்கும் விருந்தினர் இல்லத்துக்கே போய், அவர் கையால் வெளியிட வைத்து வாழ்த்துப் பெற்றனர் படக்குழுவினர்.

3. "Prometheus" -A team of scientists journey through the universe on the spaceship "Prometheus" on a voyage to investigate Alien life forms. The team of scientists becomes stranded on an Alien world, and as they struggle to survive it becomes clear that the horrors they experience are not just a threat to themselves, but to all of mankind.
I have to give this movie a very low score because it was just bland. I also agree with stevelovell, the characters were flawed and really given very little room for development.
There were a lot of moments when I went WTF? Really? Where are we going with this? For instance, the character Meredith can be ignored. She didn't really serve any real purpose in the plot at all.
Don't take me wrong, the movie was still enjoyable. But I definitely would enjoy it more if it wasn't given all the attention and all the hype. It simply is a movie that doesn't deliver.

4. தூதுவன் -போஸ்டர் டிசைனில் ஆரம்பித்து தயாரிப்பில் இருக்கும்போதே சில படங்கள் கவனிக்க வைக்கும். அப்படியொரு படம்தான் ‘தூதுவன்’. அறிமுக இயக்குநர் மோகன்ரூப் இயக்க, சங்கர்ராமன் தயாரிக்கும் இப்படம், பாலியல் இச்சைக்காக கடத்தி விற்கப்படும் சிறுமிகள் மற்றும் சிறுவர்களை மீட்டு, அவர்களின் புதிய வாழ்வுக்காக போராடும் ஒரு இளைஞனின் கதையாம். “இந்தப் படம் வெளியாகும் போது அதிர்ச்சி அலைகளை ஏற்படுத்துவது உறுதி” என்கிறார் இயக்குநர் மோகன் ரூப்.ஈரோடு ஸ்டாரில் ரிலீஸ்
5. அப்பு பப்பு - (கன்னடம்)In the times of the Animal Welfare Board, showing animals on screen has become a nightmare for most film makers. So it is not only surprising but also refreshing to see a real orangutan playing an important part in a Kannada film. Appu and Pappu take the children’s film and those involving animals to another level.
There is nothing extraordinary about the story itself. It is strewn together to maximize the laugh factor. There are actually four different tracks that are entwined. Appu’s (Senhith) parents Deepa and Ramesh (Rekha and Abbas) are separated. Appu wants them together and gives it a try with the help of his grandfather. There is a thief who uses an orangutan (Judi) to steal in a five-star hotel. Raju Talikote and his gang of smugglers try to get back a digital storage device with some defence secret that have placed in Appu’s toy car.
All these tracks come together in a five star hotel in Cambodia where Appu and his mother visit. Abbas works there while Komal and the orangutan operate their misdeeds there. Raju Talikote’s gang follows them there. Appu saves Pappu’s life and the orangutan changes his thieving ways. 6.Shanghai (HINDI) - Whether it be Khosla ka Ghosla, Oye lucky lucky Oye or Love Sex aur Dhoka, director Dibakar Banerjee has wowed us with his ability to tell stories with his unique yet engaging style. This time, he comes with a political thriller which has been much awaited. Does it match up to our expectations?
A valiant & hard hitting effort this one, its a well made film backed by exemplary performances but just falls short somewhere.
Set in small-town India, the local government wants to redevelop the area under a project titled IBP (International Business Park). An esteemed social activist (Prosenjit Chatterjee) is protesting for the rights the locals but is mowed down by the political party in question. What the next 115 minutes deals with is Shalini Sahays(Kalki K) fight for justice. A student of his, she seeks the help of local videographer/porn filmmaker Joginder(Emraan Hashmi) & restrained yet no-nonsense IAS officer TA Krishnan(Abhay Deol) to book those at fault.
While its true that scores of Bollywood films have tackled corruption in the system, none have done so in a completely deglamorized avatar. The beauty of the film lies in the simplicity of the storytelling which is engaging yet very real.
The music by Vishal & Shekhar is strictly ok but the background score by Mikey McLeary is absolutely fantastic.
When it comes to performances, all of them shine. The star of this show, pitching in with a stellar effort is Emraan Hashmi. He truly shows his growth as an actor. Kalki too is fiery in her disturbing role & one particular scene where she beats up a truck driver is one of the best in the film. Abhay stays in character and comes into his own in the last 20 minutes of the film.
While it has plenty of plus points, it doesnt manage to land the knockout punch as parts of the film do drop. There is a lot that happens in these 2 hours and sometimes you just need it to slowdown to build the moments.
Nevertheless, Dibakar Banerjee shines yet again as he crafts a film thats haunting in a strange way. I would surely recommend all to watch this once & share your views on it. Not filmi, only real, Shanghai is surely one of the better films around.ஈரோடு ஸ்ரீநிவாசாவில் ரிலீஸ்
